To whom it may concern:This is in response to the complaint brought against our company. Greener Cleveland Put a new  flower bed along the customer home in August of 2014.  We installed many plants and a few died due to lack of watering. The customer did call...

several times and we tried to respond  with in a timely matter. During the last visit at the home all plants but a few were in good condition and we agreed to  refund the plants that were not living. A check has been mailed to the customer for the plants that were dead. We are sorry the customer had a bad experience. Please let me know if there is anything else we can do. [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
After posting our original complaint, we were contacted by Bobby from Greener Cleveland and he stopped over the next day.  He was insistent that we take down our complaint from the Revdex.com.  He stated that they will reimburse us for the dead tree and the over charging of the elephant ear plants ($33 vs $10 at the local retail store).  This meeting occurred three weeks ago.  We have since tried to follow up with Greener Cleveland and to no avail had we been able to contact them.  We recently seen they had posted a rebuttal to our claim and everything they stated was factually inaccurate.  Through this entire transaction, they have not communicated with us, nor did the plant die from not watering.  We had followed all the directions provided and all the other plants had survived and are healthy.  The reason the plant had died, and which we informed them at the time of installation, was the plant was placed in a inhospitable location that would allow the plant to flourish.  Installation of the landscaping was in May and not August and our concerns were orignally voiced to them in October.  We are requesting the $250 we for paid for the [redacted] so that we can go back and correct the landscaping issues.  We are hoping for a final resolution so that we can put this behind us and move forward with our lives.
