Customer is right in the fact that is took longer than expect The company had unexpected times because of the tropical storm in the Gulf.Customers signed contract and initial that the approximate time frame would be 4-weeks Unfortunately due to the requirements needed to do the job we passed the approximate time.At this point job is done and customer owes $6,and says that they will have to talk to her "lawyer" if want to get paid.We will continue to try to come up with a better solution, but going over a approximate installation time does not warrant customer keeping $6,000.More to come soon

Talked to customer and apologized for lack of communication We have a brand new switch on order and threw in a free $extended warranty so he has peace of mind on the purchase

There can not really be a resolution to this complaint other than their word against mineI can tell you that judging by the record number of complaints this business has, there had to obviously be an incident for my initial complaint to even be writtenHad I done my homework and checked the Revdex.com on this company, I would have never entered the doorsMy review of this company is largely less than favorableIt is as follows:I was greeted promptly by a young lady at a front reception counter that was neck high and she actually had to stand up to see and greet me.I was obviously ignored by staff (apparently management) as I stood at the counter for 15/minutes while they visited with each other.After the initial wait, a young man came from the back to greet and help meHe took me to his back office where he and his assistant wrote up the contractHe stated to me that he didn't have the size generator I needed, he had a larger one and could do it for the same priceI signed the contract, the assistant ran my charges, I left expecting a delivery with in a few hoursObviously that wasn't ok with the owner because he called me back shortly before I was expecting the delivery and asked for another $I asked to speak with his bossAfter voicing my frustration to his boss, who he said was the owner, the owner said mid conversation that, "Oh, the generator is now broken so I am informed" I ended the conversation with "likely storyHow convenient" and hung upThey advertise another store in Louisiana, But that store seems to be out of businessProbably due to the same tactics??

This customer has been contacted and scheduled and we have a resolution Multiple permitting problems that have lead to unusual install times We are all over it and customer seems to be understanding with the time frame

Customer was right we needed to redo plumbing which we did with our master plumber Here is the customers email back after corrections."The plumber came around 12:30, and did a very professional
job.
I am willing to continue on with the monthly monitoring if
you are, if not, let's
settle up any money issues next week."

A contract was signed with Mr*** to provide a backup
generator for his new place of business in order to get fire marshal
inspections at his new buildingAfter Mr*** made a deposit, a second review
of the contract reveled an error in quoting was madeA phone call to Mr***
to let him
know of the mistakeThe mistake was unacceptable to Mr*** and
therefore his credit card was refundedAt that point, I was brought into this
by the service manager asking myself to place a phone call to Mr*** and see
if we could come to an agreeable solutionBefore I made the phone call, I ask my
team to get the generator ready for rentalI was informed by my service
department that the generator was not starting due to a starter failure and
that parts would be delivered the following dayI placed a call to Mr*** inform
him that we were going the honor the original contract but that I was not able
to deliver the generator until repairs were madeMr*** did not want to
continue business with usAll monies have been refunded to the credit card
provided

Unfortunately customer was expecting a 4-week install based on her *** rep Our installation time during peak season 8-weeks So the complaint was based on time that we could not meet, based on miss information from her *** rep.Customer agreed she would remove complaint if
installation went good From my follow up the installation went great and she is happy Job is done

 It was not resolved because according to my credit card company the refund for services in question have not been received from Generator Supercenter.

Customer was refunded every dollar that was spent with Generator Supercenter.   Unfortunately, with a [redacted] not running properly, costs to fix a generator sometimes add up and unforeseen cost and new problems continue to show themselves.  At Generator...

Supercenter we employ the industry's top technicians and feel confident in all of their findings and recommendations.   In order to show customer it was not about the money, we refunded every penny spent with Generator Supercenter.
