or about 11/09/2014, we received word from the warranty company that they were going to replace the unit for the customer, since the repair wasn't going to be economicalThe unit was then scrapped as is standard procedure when something like this occursThe customer has been made aware of all of these things from the start of the repair until todayAt this point, there is nothing further we can do for this customer.
