I am the owner of Indy South Sports Academy here in Indianapolis, InIt is a sports facility that runs basketball/volleyball leagues and tournamentsWe have did this for several years without an issue until nowIt is true that we require a $deposit to rent and hold the facility for events as we have had events cancel in the past ISSA is a business and at no time is it a free place for outsiders to come and host there own tournaments at no costI have a policy in that we follow for all events and they all require a deposit made, along with a contract signed by both partiesIm assuming that the other party knows [redacted] and since I let him go several months ago they are attempting to come up with a plot that is something other then our usual policyI fired Mr [redacted] for similar reasons and I feel that they are working together in getting back a deposit that has no contract of any kind that states they are due anythingI have asked them for any information at all that would verify what they are claiming rather it be an email, contract or anything that isn't verbalThey have no such paperwork and no such verification to prove anything they are alleging They rented my facility for days with any type of payment being made and now are asking for a deposit back knowing that Mr [redacted] is no longer employed with ISSAThey are implying that we are to give them a FREE facility with no expense at allMy facility fees are as follows: $per court per hour$if you are renting all courts for the dayMy weekend fee is $minimum and they had my facility for this timeAs the business owner I am refusing to refund a deposit as my policy is and has ALWAYS been $non refundable deposit required along with hourly fees to be paid for courtsThey paid no fees as he statedThey paid NOTHINGMy name is [redacted] and I can be reached at 317-496- [redacted] , ISSA

My name is Staff Sergeant [redacted] US ArmyI just wanted to say that I have had an amazing experience with High End AutomotiveI had issues with my Infiniti QX56, and the crew at High End Automotive fixed my vehicle without try to take advantage of meA problem that another dealership wanted to charge me and arm & a leg for, High End was able to find the problem at a little fraction of the costI will trust them with all my future business, and refer all my friends to see Daniel & his crew at High End Automotive in Lafayette

I was told by the manager that our $500 deposit would be refunded. That employer was fired and now the owner won't refund the deposit. They have made no offer to resolve my issue. This is a matter of principle not money. I don't care what their normal procedure is. I don't know anything about it. All I know is what the manager and I agreed on. This was not honored.

He stated that my employee told him he
would get his deposit back but that has
never been the case at1SSA. It is our
policy to get a $500 deposit for all events
prior to scheduling that has never been
refundable. He is simply trying to imply
that he was going to use my facility for his
event for no charge and that's not how my
business operates. He simply
misunderstood or I feel that he is
attempting to get his deposit back
knowing that that wasn't what was stated
to him. I did try to explain that to him

ISSA proposed no action to resolve this matter, only insulted me. The fact is, I made a deal with the manager of this company. Whether he was fired or not is completely out of my control. I was told that I would recieve my $500 deposit back. This was not honored. I did nothing wrong. To have the the owner of the company suggest that I am part of some plot with the former manager to get $500 from him is absolutely absurd. I met the man in person one time. He told me all the facility would keep were the admission fees the days of the tournament. I have record of the $500 transaction. If that manager did something wrong and got fired, that doesn't mean the deal he made with me is null and void. I planned this event and the budget of the event based on what I was told months before. To have the owner decide to change that the day before the event is unacceptable.

type of payment being made and now are asking for a deposit back knowing that

give them a FREE facility with no expense at all. My facility fees are as
follows: $50 per court per hour. $40 if you are renting all 4 courts for the
day. My weekend fee is $2800 minimum and they
had my facility for this time. As the business owner I am refusing to
refund a deposit as my policy is and has ALWAYS been $500 non refundable
deposit required along with hourly fees to be paid for courts. They paid no

Review: I have used this service for a couple of years. In August I sent a check for the upcoming year.The check has been cashed. The last pick up was on September 2, 2015. They usually pick up every other Wed but did not appear at all in September. I have called but the number is answered by a recording that the mail box is full. I have e-mailed and get no response. Sometime in September, I received a rambling email apologizing to all their customers, and that they would resume service within the week. I responded to that email, but never heard back, and the recycle container has been on the curb for 3 weeks now.Desired Settlement: at this point I want nothing to do with this business, but would like a refund of my check.
