Miss leading information on how this project would be financed.
On 07/10/2017, I ***&***,entered into a contract with Greener Solution Group repesentative to install 14 Solar Panels with mirco inverters,300 watts each,an AC Unit,all the electrical work,I was told that this was a promotional program and there would be no payment of any kind for one year,I was told that a company named Greensky would finance this loan,I would get a bill from Greensky,showing interested charged,$0 due for 12 months,during this year,Greener Solution Group,Rep were telling not to worry about the Greensky Loan,that loan would be taken over by Wells Fargo Bank,thats where my complaint begin,did't happen,the Rep told me that they would be able to get Wells Fargo To finance my Loan,for a whole they telling it would happen and not to worry about it,they promised me a Wells Fargo financing,but now I am stuck with GreenSky at a 23% interest rate,I was expecting no than 6% as promised,I feel like I have been treated unfairly.
Doing away with the GreenSky financing deal some kind of financing as their Rep sold me,to get me to buy solar in the first place,I was paying less than $155.00 per month electric bill,now because Greener Solution Group did't do as promised,my electric bill is $743.00 per month,correct this problem you created.
We had a driveway installed and the concret cracked soon after.

Payment was $*** paid in full by check in five payments if $***. with checks
***. We have had them come out four times and tried to repair to no avail. /Driveway shows cracks and repair made it worse.
Now company refuses to return phone calls
we would like the job redone or a reduction in the price paid and refunded to us
Breach of contract/promise
On 06/20/2017 I *** agreed to let*** (a representative/contractor of Greener Solution Group)to install (1) 18 solar world solar panels with micro invertors at 300 watts each, (2) upgrade my electrical service from 100amps to 200amps (3) install a complete monitoring system and a itemize list of the complete job for ***. Our agreement was that I would receive free electrical service and no payments for one (1) year, after that my monthly payments were to be approximately $ 96.00 until paid off. *** set the loan up with a company named *** of *** and I was told not to worry about the monthly statements that I will be receiving from *** because he was going to change loan company after the year has pasted. Had not spoke *** in awhile so I reached out to ***company and they informed me that my payments were going to be $825.40 monthly for 84 months not the $96.00 I was promised. I contacted *** about this matter and he told me that he could not do anything about this loan because I allegedly did not inform him that I had a reverse mortgage on my home, have no idea what that matters.
I want ***/Greener solution group to honor and comply with our agreement.
The job was completed a year an half ago.
at the time of the sale when we were never informed by the customer that he has a reverse mortgage.
so *** has offered the green sky 12 months no interest no payment. and after almost a year to do a secure loan. after a year we tried to do the secure loan but only then we were informed the the customer has a reverse mortgage therefor we couldn't do it.
there is nothing we could have done he hided that information.
the reason his monthly payments are higher is because
he didn't pat the full amount by the end of the 12 months.once again nothing we can do.
I'm sorry, but I wasn't aware that I had less than two weeks to respond to a respond from ***/greener solution. At the present I've been waiting for Greener solution to respond to me.The loan company( green sky loan) has informed me that they did not have any loan imformation of my loan,only that I must make payments to them.I was told that only Greener Solution has this information. Like I've said , I did not know of a lesser respond time of 14 days.Please inform me of what I must do to keep this complaint open until I can get a reply from Greener Solution. Until I can communicate with the office of Greener Solution, I do not know what my options are.
