Greenergy has failed to fix problems with new construction and has not finished same constru action
morning,
I am looking for help or guidance with some challenges I have been facing with a new construction town house I recently purchased (oct 25,2016)At the time of closing there were multiple issues brought up which the builders *** Greenergy LLC ) promised to rectify within daysAs of this time although they continue to agree to remedy this issues tomorrow, very little of substance has been doneSince this project is years behind schedule and plagued with difficulties I am un sure if it will ever happenI also feel that this company has taken advantage of my veterans and disability status both before and after the sale
