Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Absoloutly untrue, as I explained to them I did not have a receipt, I had purchased this dress over a year ago and have no access to the receipt Her alteration persoan never ever ssaid anything about my options and very comfortably and confidantly took the dress I have never been treated this poorly by any business or any one Can not believe their lack of care and concern for us as customers over the past few years I am very disappointed knowing some one to be this irresponsible , lying and rude as they have been I have been informed of their reputation afetr this happened to us I just can not imagine for some one to be this disconcern with their clients I would like my money back and apology from them this can not be happening in such a small neighborhood with so many other outstanding businesses and customer services that they provide for their clients that support their businesses and stay loyal to Not fair for them to behave this way Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: It is clear that they are standing firm since they know they are wrong and taking an upper hand to appear as they are right in hopes of me to back out as they did in the way they trated me as a client and in the store and ruined my dress and stood in my face and said I did this to my dress and there was nothing that they could do for it at this point Basically take it or leave it was my option I am not surprised at all at their respond I can not let them not only keep my dress, chrged me for alteration that was unacceptable, and more importantly behaved as they did

customer([redacted]) drop off the BRAND NEW dress to have alteration inexpensive way, my seamstress explained to her all consequences having inexpensive way of altering and she agree to take consequences,but she start complaing when the alteration was done. she did not like the work. anyhow we decided to do it again with NON inexpensive way for her without charging any extra of cost and also to try dress on our fitting room when dress was done to make sure, but she refused to try the dress on from our fitting room, she want to try the dress at her home. day or two later she brought back the dress to to be dry clean, we start to inspect before cleaning and discovered a hole on the dress, we called her right away. but she was saying this is brand new dress and never had a hole on it... start to blaim on us. long story short, because she been our customer for years, we decied to pay for the dress. we asked her to bring the recipe or any statement that how much she paid for the brand new dress. but she is not willing to provide a recipe and keep asking $495 cash or check. therefore we are not reimbursing any amount until she brings any statement or we will reimburs resaonable amount $'s not $495. thanks!!
