In response to customer complaint # [redacted] ,stating that their child was not taken home according to her request, we acknowledge and apologize that this event did happenThe request was emailed to us and due to many changes that occur on the first few days of school, It was placed In a "chanses to be made" locationIt was noted by office personnel but did not set relayed to the driver In time for the change to be madeThe child was dropped at their daycare location, which was per the original requestWe again apologize for the fact that the child was not taken home but was never put in harm's way as the child was taken to a safe placeAll records have been changed and the driver has current information and this should not happen in the future
