Review: I filled out a form on line for a loan from this company. Before I filled out the loan I checked to see if it was a Revdex.com credited business. It shows it was on there website. So I talked to th over the phone. Then went through with the application. Ok. So I talked with a guy named [redacted] he told me all I had to do was sent a money gram of 200.00 to pay for insurance on the loan since I didn't have anything to put up for collateral. So I again went back check the website. And asked more questions he assured me that it wasn't a scam that after they received the money gram then they were going to direct deposit me the loan money of 3000.00 within 24 hours. Well it was never sent. So I never received the loan and I called him back the next day and he said to give it a few days the lender was out for a few days. So I waited a week and called back then he said they would need 200.00 more dollars to pay for the rest of the insurance. I was never told about it being 400.00 they told me 200.00 for the insurance for the loan. So I then talked to the management( [redacted]) he said yes they would need 200.00 more to complete the insurance. I then said that's not what I was told and I wanted a refund. So he said he would file for a refund and said they would mail me a check for the 200.00 I paid and cancel the loan. Ok that was in April 2013. Said it would take 3 to 6 weeks to recieve the check. This is July [redacted] and I've still not recieved it. Both phone numbers I have has a busy signal everytime I call them. They want reply to my emails. So I fill that this is a scam and they have stole money for me. All I want is a refund of 200.00 and for the loan to be totally canceled.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.
