Hi *** I would like to offer our sincere apologies for this happening. This is not the type of quality we strive for here at One Jeanswear Group. Please allow me to replace your jeans and would also like to send you a return label in the package to return the damaged product to me, so I can look further into this and make sure this does not happen again. I have also addressed your concern with the way our Social Media and Customer Service handled this and will make sure this also does not happen again. We hope this will not deter you from purchasing our product in the future.

[Andrea, I won't be able to provide a UPC#, RN# simple because I'm not sure where to locate thoseAlso the purchase receipt isn't available aby longer as wellI purchased these pair of jeans in towards the end of October or beginning of November and didn't have any issues with the pockets until DecemberBy then a month had already passed so I didn't forsee saving the receipt for quality issuesI also worked for *** for over a year so I know I can't just got return those jeans cause the pockets started ripping out after you've washed themI literally only washed them onceAlso I purchased these at the *** location in Tyler TexasI feel like I'm jumping throught hoops and over extending myself just trying to get someone to acknowledged that I'm upset, and still haven't had even the slightest apology, rather "show me proof" I've attached a picture of the jeans from *** Website so you may be able to find the correct sku numbersAlso, I'd be happy to send you a picture of the pair of jeans looking brand new besides the pocketThanks, hope to get a resolution to my troubles sooner, rather than later]
