GreenForce successfully installed thermal envelope corrections at [redacted] 's residence on February 3, The products installed are backed by the U.SDepartment of Energy and the Energy Star program as measures to correct temperature imbalances as well as utility savings Ms [redacted] did sign the completion forms and paperwork stating that our technicians installed the products successfully in her home and we have the computerized correction reports to her HVAC system proving that a successful install and correction was completed Several days after completion of the project we were contacted by Ms [redacted] to alert us that she had a small device come up missing from her home at which point she blamed our installers; first off we have never had anything come up missing from anyone's home and after questioning our technicians who have been with us for several years, they adamantly swore that they had nothing to do with this $device missing Our installers are paid an avg of $per hour and it would be quite odd for them to steal something that they could easily purchase themselves With no evidence whatsoever of anything being stolen from the property we sent a check to Ms [redacted] for $to pacify MsHargrove; during the phone call regarding the missing device issue Ms [redacted] starting rambling on about how now she wasn't sure if the system for correction was working properly and she was mentioning an issue with temperature We told her to keep an eye on this and contact us to come back out if she experiences any other issues We did not hear from Ms [redacted] again and we do keep all records of phone calls through a web service as well as record calls for training purposes; we can prove that there was no further contact We sent the check and assumed that Ms [redacted] was satisfied with this resolution and we were on standby as we are with all of our customers if there are concerns The next point of contact we received regarding [redacted] was via Synchrony Financial's Fraud Team; Synchrony is one of our lending relationships for our clients We received a dispute from them stating that Ms [redacted] did not receive services or goods; we then provided Synchrony with all of the necessary information for them to conduct an investigation into this claim We informed Ms [redacted] that claiming that she did not receive any services when she indeed had is an attempt at fraud herself; no one ever stated that she would be in handcuffs, she was simply told that the way she was doing things was not right She stated once again during this phone call that she wasn't sure if the products were working and we offered once again to come to her property if there was a problem and she stated defiantly and angrily that she was contacted an attorney and she wasn't interested in dealing with this Unfortunately we had to contact our attorney as well in order to get advice regarding these claims and the attempt at committing what Synchrony Financial named as Friendly Fraud in their completion of the investigation We were told not to contact Ms [redacted] again and to consult with legal counsel which we have done The bank investigated MsHargrove's claims and found that we had adhered to our contractual obligation and they found in our favor We would ask any statements not supported with factual evidence be omitted from this report; MsHargrove's statements are not backed up with any evidence and are heresay and most of them are false This client attempted to receive goods and service without paying for them; there is no evidence of a temperature issue, there is no evidence of theft from her property, but there is evidence that the work was completed and completed to her satisfaction It is GreenForce's primary objective to take care of our customers and exceed their expectations and it is also very important to us that we protect our good name from any libelous harm; we ask that only the facts be reported here and we are pursuing other legal remedies at this time We have included in attachment the investigation report from Synchrony showing that the investigation was completed and that we did indeed follow through with our obligation to this customer

GreenForce reached out to [redacted] yesterday September 10, after the dispute with the Revdex.com Upon further investigation we were able to identify that MrW [redacted] and Michael M [redacted] both promised work to be done as "side-work" that is not in any description of the offerings of GreenForce There was no work detail regarding this work and it was proposed as "under the table" work that is against all policies of GreenForce We contacted [redacted] and let her know that we would send someone out to work on her roof but this is not work that we would offer MrW [redacted] was removed from employment for similar issues and we have rectified the problem with *** GreenForce extends its apologizes that [redacted] was left with the wrong impression and that she was not contacted sooner We h ave had an office meeting regarding this disregard of communication to solve this problem GreenForce did fulfill its contract with [redacted] in the work prescribed in her contract and Michael and Joe did not follow through on their "side job" GreenForce had no knowledge of this work being promised prior to the complaint

GreenForce contracted with *** to install work at her residence Our workers from Atlanta Georgia drove up late the night before after working a hour shift that day to install her work They called ahead to let her know that they would be running behind and when they arrived at Ms
***'s residence they were turned away and had to drive all the way back home on a SUNDAY no less almost a hour drive with no work that day GreenForce simply wants to install the contract as specified without any games from *** *** The website is still www.greenforceus.com and the phone numbers have not changed as we have record of Ms*** calling today We will not be refunding any deposit out of rescission but we will gladly install the contracted project

GreenForce did contract for work to be performed for Ms*** on June 30,2016, we have a signed completion form showing that all work was performed to a satisfactory level including the R-level of insulation recommended for Energy Star Levels and the work was performed by our
technician Igor E*** We have had no other contact with Ms*** since her signing of the completion form that the work was completed to her satisfaction We would ask that Ms*** have called our office if there had been any issues regarding installation up to and including following the audit by Columbia Gas, this is the first that we have been made aware of any issues with this client and we strive to exceed our clients' expectations Our phone numbers have not changed, our website is up to date with proper contact information including an email address to communicate with us regarding any concerns One question we may ask is why were we not communicated with to solve the issues if there are truly any at hand rather than first finding out about this through a complaint process? We are happy to inspect and fulfill any contractual obligations with Ms*** but we need to be given the chance to provide customer service If one of our technicians dropped the ball in any way then we need to be made aware This is not a company of one but many and if we have correspondence in the matter than we are blind in this case

Our apologies to Mr*** for any confusion, we had his file as still active in our office for a later date install After speaking with MrS*** we realized where the mishap occurred and we issued a check last week For the record this is the first cancellation we have had all
year and this is quite uncommon for us Most people follow through with the contract and do not cancel and our representative in this role dropped the ball on the refund process due to lack of experience We have corrected the internal issue and once again we apologize for the confusion

GreenForce sent out another check for refund last week; as Ms. [redacted] stated we did have a returned check to our office.  We had attempted to call Ms. [redacted] several times with no response.  We were not notified that she was having any trouble with our fax machine as she has stated, we...

have received faxes throughout the entire year with no trouble.  GreenForce did ask Ms. [redacted] to send in confirmation that her check was actually deposited as through our banking records we had noticed a stop payment for a check of $1,250 in the same week; we were not able to see who the stop payment was from until much later in that week and we had asked for her banking information to speed up the process.  After we had verified the check had cleared we sent out a check only to have it returned by the post office.  GreenForce had assumed that she received the last check until receiving a return to sender notice.  It is not only rare for us to have a cancellation of work but also exceptionally rare that we have this much difficulty communicating with a customer.  GreenForce is committed to improving our processes everyday in an effort to avoid situations like these.
