Had window installed, took 16 months to correct broken seal issue. Asked for compensation. Agreed upon a certain amount, received half of the agreed upon compensation. Terrible company on keeping their promises and poor integrity! Regret going with them.

I had a window installed last June of 2022. It came as a three section type window with a grid pattern. Center window had seal broke, I was told they would replace. They tried 6 times to replace the center window and each time the grid pattern would not line up with the two side windows. 16 months later, they decided to change all three, finally they match. Looking for compensation for my inconvenience. Nothing has been resolved

I placed order at the beginning of April for a bay window and a new front door. In June they installed Bay Window. After installation we noticed defect in the glass. We called them back the same day of installation June 25. They sent someone out over a month later to inspect, and they confirmed the defect. Finally might get defect replaced in mid October. Still waiting for a door, which they say will not be manufactured until November. If you want windows and doors replaced in a reasonable time line, and don't want a defective product, I recommend you find another company..

GreenFox is professional from the office staff to the installers. 6 windows were installed in 6 hours and that included a very large livingroom window. There was no evidence they had even been there when they were finished. The quality of the windows is second to none and the best part is they are Canadian made. We noticed a difference right away and although we haven't experience winter yet (2021), I'm pretty sure we will be way more comfortable without the drafts we had from our old windows. I highly recommend GreenFox.

The crew was on time, were respectful of our property and ensured all our questions were answered They completed the work in one day and cleaned the inside and outside areas where they had worked Installation inspection the following week resulted in no problem areas and we are satisfied that the work has been performed to the highest standards

After placing an order for three exterior doors August 18, 2016, we still have an incomplete project starting January The first install, which took almost three months to schedule, resulted in only one of the three doors being the correct door They installed the other two incorrect doors and said they would return to swap out the correct doors after they ordered the wrong onesReturning in December to swap out the correct doors, but only one being the correct door, and the third still being the incorrect door The second door that was swapped out at that time was installed poorly and has huge gaps leaking cold winter air into the house for weeks now as Greenfox will not send someone to fix the install until the third door has come in to swap out We have spent our December with towels and blankets wrapped around the door to try and minimize the heat loss from our home We have no estimate of time for when the third door will be replaced and the second one fixedAbsolutely no concern from the companyThe worst customer service of any supplier/contractor we have ever experiencedFor $6,one would think three doors could be installed properly within a timely fashion, or at the very least some sort of effort to rectify the situationDO NOT USE GREENFOX

Green Fox made efforts to contact me in order to rectify the problems I had listedThe project manager brought the two installers with him to the site and they proceeded to try and fix the problemsI am not sure if the problems are fixed to my satisfaction yet because I have yet to experience cold weather on the windows; however the door was adjusted and works better, as well the part to repair the door was left with me and the discretion to install it is my own
I am still dissatisfied with the fact that no apology was made for the way I was treated by their head office regarding the $and the unfriendly correspondence, also I am no pleased with the refusal to compensate me in any way for the many hours spent waiting for the installers to show up at the job without notifying me they would be there

We are pleased with our two new windows from GreenFox, a bedroom single slider and an awning over the kitchen sink, and patio door. We were looking for a company that provided Canadian-built product and maintained their own expert installation crew, as well as with a reasonable price. GreenFox wins on all three criteria.

Green Fox's team was very professional from the sales team to the technicians. The Technicians did an amazing job; they were very efficient, even with the children being occasional obstacles. They were always polite and kind and left the grounds very clean. After I signed off on the fabulous windows, I noticed a small snag in one of the screens. A technician was scheduled out with in two days, and replaced it at that time. We could not be happier with the out come of the windows. Highly recommend the Green Fox Team!! Natasha - Edmonton
