We have brown grass. Grass is only 2 years old. We always had Green Grass treat our yard. Upset about having dead looking grass in the front yard. Many phone calls and also hoping get some kind of refund. To credit us for the at least 7 calls over a two week period. The manager, K laughed very loudly, when I explained how upset I was. I then immediately canceled their services. I was a loyal customer that even did a referral for them. People have asked on our neighborhood Facebook page and I have referred them at least four times in the comments when people would ask whom to recommend. So I was very upset to not get this resolved. Before this brown grass issue. I had no issues. They need to give customers the benefit of the doubt. I wish they had been a lot more understanding and more easy to reach when it came to the manager.
Refund $39 refund
5/13- Took soil sample per customer request (front is not greening up as fast as sides and back.)
5/17- Took more soil samples, walked lawn with Mr. Advised I did not know what was going on, but lawn would green up as temperatures began to rise. Also said that I would put down free (Supplemental) fertilizer in between regular rounds until lawn was fully recovered. Walked entire lawn with Mr. and advised about proper mowing heights and thatch build. Sent off soil sample.
5/24- Did liquid aeration on lawn. (we comped it) "free"
5/28- Mrs. called in upset wanted free application. Blamed us for her yard being brown that I could not explain. (I thought it was possible winter damage that I relayed to her.) She insisted it was sprayed. (We sprayed the whole yard with the same stuff.) I snickered at her request because I had already told her husband that I was going to do free applications till lawn had recovered, she got upset and now we are here.
