GreenGuard Construction still has sales reps in Fargo.  The salesperson that Mr. [redacted] refers to is a Sales Manager.  GreenGuard Construction is a larger business and has 7 offices in 5 states and our sales managers travel the 5 states all season.  There were still sales representatives in Fargo when Mr. [redacted]'s construction project was being done so he was not left alone.  Reroofing a home is a major construction project and yes, damage can and did happen to Mr. [redacted]'s gutters, however, GreenGuard Construction painted and paid for the gutters, this did not cost Mr. [redacted] any money and shows that GreenGuard Construction backs its work.  Evidently, Mr. [redacted] had sold his home and on July 17, 2017 Mr. [redacted] texted the Sales Manager to send someone over immediately to replace the sewer cap or his home sale would not close.  On the morning of the 18th of July Mr. [redacted] phoned the office manager and demanded someone get there immediately.  Our Sales manager had already scheduled a crew to come that day (18th).  The sewer cap that was originally put on is a sewer cap common to that area and meets all codes.  The requested new cap was from the buyers of Mr. [redacted]'s home.  After the replacement was done, Mr. [redacted] realized it does not look as nice and did not want the cap replaced, this was texted to the Sales Manager on July 20, 2017, 2 days after GreenGuard Construction had replaced the cap. Now Mr. [redacted] is accusing GreenGuard Construction of doing unauthorized work. We are attaching all correspondence between GreenGuard and Mr. [redacted].
