Horrible company to do business with. No one can give you an answer in a timely manner, and when they do it's someone new and doesn't have all the information to give a complete answer. Because of their negligence our escrow was delayed two weeks and they didn't even acknowledge that it was because they had forgotten to complete the agreed upon repairs on the property. And after it is all said and escrow is closed they do not even know where the keys are for the house, and they recommend that the buyer should rekey the home. I would never consider purchasing a ho.e that they have touched or are involved with.

I just bought a condo in Daly City, CA. The apartment looked great on the outside. The entire bathroom was remodeled and looked beautiful. Guess what? They remodel homes to look good so they can make a big profit, however, once you move in, you start finding the flaws. They hire unlicensed professionals who cannot provide warranty in their work. Every licensed contractor must provide at least ten years of warranty of the work provided. The people they hired did a horrible plumbing work and I already have to pay over $2,000 to fix the mess their plumbers left in my new and beautiful remodeled apartment. Whatever you pay, even if you think you got a sweet deal, save at least $10,000 extra to finish up the work that they will leave incomplete. They are dishonest and I would advise anyone that is looking to buy a new home to stay away from them.
