I am not satisfied with Greenhill's response because it is filled with lies, and does not resolve the clear customer service issues that the Log Cabin has *** *** is rude unprofessional business owner, much like his waitress that served my friends and I the night of our visit *** *** has harassed me online, and done the same thing to other individual that I personally know, and I assume many more whom have made negative reviews about his restaurant online*** *** does have a video that shows exactly what happened the night of our visit, but it does not include any audio As a result, you cannot hear any of the waitresses rude comment/language or her unwelcoming tone of voice *** *** also makes no note of how his waitress threw the menus down on the table at us after we sat down*** *** says he is standing behind his employee because she is his best employee, and if this is true I would like to see what his worst employee like Not only was she extremely rude, but she also never ID anyone at the table before taking our alcohol orders What if one of us had been underage? Not IDing customers and being extremely rude are definitely not qualities of a star employee at a bar Yes, I will admit we left the bar without paying for our drink, but we never received our drink so why should we have paid for them Whatever the case maybe there are alot of other restaurants/bars in the Conover/Eagle River area that have much better tasting food, quality service, and a vastly wider drink selection Just a few of these Star options are ***, *** *** ***, *** ***, and *** *** Revdex.com please submit my consumer warning to your website and make it widely available to the public so no else ever has to experience the negative treatment my friends and I received at the hands of *** *** and his "star" employee

I'm writing this in response to Robert *** complaint, on 5/30/I get a notification that we have areview, so I read the review and I go to the camera system and review his experience and what he saidhappenedThat is not what I see on the cameras so I decided to call *** and get her version
of what exactlyhappenedShe informed me that they had jumped ahead of a party of eight and sat down at a table, afterrealizing that she then asks Dorothy to take the tables for eight and she took Roberts party of seven*** toldme that they gave her a bit of a hard time with there drink order they kept changing orderI asked if she hadany words with them she said no she took the drink order and went to go get the drinks then came back andthey had walked out not paying for the drinks that they orderedSo I review the tape several more times andcome up with the same conclusionI don't see a problem it seemed to me everything was done in a timelyfashion and there was no justification for his bad review but he was exercising his right to freedom of speechand he did this publiclySo on June I decided to exercise my right to freedom of speech and posted a copyof his unpleasant experience and a review of himRobert is very upset because the court of public opiniondoes not agree with him and he was slammed for his reviewI was there that Sunday night and he could'veeasily come to me, and tell me that he had a rude serverI guess it's easier just to write a bad review withoutgiving the establishment a opportunity to correct any problems, and now he thinks the Revdex.com is going tomagically make this go awayI don't think so, I will back my employee 100%I think if Robert demandsrespect, he should give respect and apologize for his bad behavior and trying to slander somebody***happens to be one of my best employees and has worked for me since I've owned the place, but I guessRobert didn't know that, and I guess he didn't know I have the ability to review tapesThe video and the revieware all on *** *** *** if you read them I have used no unprofessional language but he has, just look athis postsI am not harassing and trolling him as he claims he just seems to be a whinerNow he is trying togive the impression that I troll anyone that write a bad review, not true, but I do look at all unfavorable reviewsand try to correct any problems we may haveIn this case the only problem I noticed was Roberts attitude hethinks he is someone thats specialI'm going to post a copy of his complaintI'd like you to take notice that hesays he talked to company 5/29/we are closed that day, so who did he talk to no oneMaybe he thinksposting something publicly like that is talking to the company because he did post his review on the 29th that'snot talking to the company that was slandering someoneIn conclusion I would like to thank all of our valuedcustomers for their business and continued support and let us know when we mess up, but please berespectful in doing so and you will receive respect back
