*** *** Job has been fully done and a hundred percent completed with the customer satisfactionWe did a roof repair application Which was falling down a hundred percent and we were supposed to do the counter tops which we ended up changing the contract and he did not do the counter tops and
he did not pay for them either his job has been a hundred percent completed and he is very happy and satisfiedWe did not realize there was any issue at all with this customerThe job has been fully completed and we still talk on a basis And he is happy and satisfied

We contacted ** *** and we spoke with himHis job has been fully completed he had concerns about one gable vent that wasn't put in and antimicrobial mold spray that wasnt sprayed into the attic because he had no mold to spray in the atticEverything was done on his job other than spring a quick spray of antimicrobials were any mold and mildew was in the attic and one gable ventWe don't charge for antimicrobial spray its at low cost to us and we always spray if there's any mold and mildew to maintain it for the customer at no cost to them, And the other thing he said was not done was one gable vent which are cost is $** for the gable vent and $** for the labor to our installerWe offered to refund the money back or send somebody out ASAP to put in the gable vent and spray antimicrobials in the attic but he said he does not want a refund for the work that hasn't been done and he did not want anyone to come out so we are left cluelessThe customer was not allowing us months back to install the gable vent and we told him that we would send somebody out immediately to fix any issues he had and he would not let us come back out there and we even tried months back to reimburse him for what the gable vent would cost and the antimicrobial sprays in the attic and he would not take money back and he would not let us come out to do anything that he said wasn't done** *** told us the two things that weren't done why he is unhappy is the gable vent and antimicrobial sprays in the attic, We offered to reimburse him on the cost of the things that weren't done and he declined itWe've been offered to come out as we did months back to tell him that we would come and do the issues of his concern and install the gable vent and spray the antimicrobials in the attic And he turned us down then and he is still turning it down nowThe customer doesn't make sense to me at all I don't understand what else he would want we already offered to reimburse him cash for what wasn't done that he wasn't happy with or have one of our guys come do it there's nothing more that we can do

Ms.*** job has been fully completed now for a few months and she is extremely happy with the service and there is nothing that needs to be completed further it is a hundred percent completed And has been completed and installed for some time now

The work done to my home was not fully completed only half the work was done. My roof was not falling down and I didn't need counter tops. This company and owner know I was not satisfied after the final payment was made. I have not talked to anyone from this company since that day. If nothing is settled in the next 30 days, we will be filing a compliant with the State of Michigan and then going to small claims court. We paid over $[redacted] dollars for someone to add a sealant to our roof ( which can be picked up at any home improvement store) and add 6 vents. I know I agreed to pay a contract, but when doing business right is right and wrong is wrong and this company does it all wrong! We will be looking to get our deposit back which was $[redacted] that was supposed to be for materials. I asked for BOM's (Bill of Materials) in the past and received nothing. I also called both Consumers Energy and DTE about the "rebates" we were supposed to be getting and nothing was submitted by Green Home Energy. I have all my paperwork in order to make the next step. It has just been a horrible experience and I will do everything in my power legally to get some of our money back and to make sure this company doesn't do this to anyone else.
