The pyracantha purchased in December was in fine conditionIt is a broadleaf evergreen (keeps its leaves all winter) and was in the full leaf at the time of the purchaseAs I recall it also had numerous orange decoratives berries at the time as wellThat plant was dormant at that time of
year; however it still needs regular water to maintain itI suspect this may have been the problemAll shrub and tree purchases at Greenhurst Nursery have a planting guide and warranty policy attached to the buyers receipt(Copy enclosed) This states our warranty policyI did talk with *** when she calls in April and reiterated our policyPlants are living things; their care and maintenance are beyond our control after leaving the nurseryI am sorry *** had difficulties with her purchase, but the plant was alive and well when it went home with her
