them its as is I will not give any warranty with it because  its 8 years old and has over 150.000 miles  so they agreed on that and they have signed as is documents.  However this is typical situation for any used car lot we don't offer any warranty to anyone thank you however they know the car had bad tires and also had water leaks and they asked to lower the price to 2800 so they can have some money to fix the car with and I have agreed and sold it to them for that however they have never contacted me .
