I am rejecting this response because:While I appreciate that people are busy, this does not excuse the fact that no one has followed up on the issue following promises to do so MrLee-H [redacted] told my accountant that he could take care of the situation but has not done so Regardless of the complaint filed with the state, having a proper letter and/or form generated to my accountant's standards continues to be unacceptably long in comingI will consider this matter closed when these documents are received, and I will continue to consider Green Lawn and StoneMor responsible until someone follows through Regards, [redacted]

I apologize for the late resonance, we were having an email and login issue, then I was on vacation last week.In reviewing the file our customer, I found that our sales team was moving forward with the bench order, our admin area sent a picture order to our marker monument vendor 5/18/A drawing was received for the final order to be submitted on 6/14/It was approved by our sales manager onlineA work order was completed on 8/10/to prepare the space for the bench to be set.The vendor shipped the order which we received yesterday, 8/24/Our admin staff are prepping a work order to install the bench today, 8/25/2017.There was a delay in the process, we had a change in our marker monument vendor earlier in the year, there was a conversion process that did take more time than any one anticipated.Sincerely,Jack Lee-H***, Administrator

The family and the Accountant contacted me. I was pulled to complete projects at the time of the request, therefore, was not able to follow up. I originally shared that the letter should not have been completed about the information, and that we would need to complete more research.Green Lawn is...

operated by a management company, Stonemor LLP. They have since received a complaint from the State of Ohio in regards to this particular case, therefore, they are the responsible party moving forward.Thank you,Jack Lee H[redacted] Administrator

vendor was contacted, they in turn, set the marker on 7/20/2017.  Our field supervisor concurred. There was a delay in the process, we had a change in our marker monument vendor earlier in the year, there was a conversion process that did take more time than anyone anticipated.
