last inquiry Mr, [redacted] was contacted by me and was told his unit was ready for pick-up.He came on Friday 6-9-17 and I was out of town until 6-12-17. When My employee informed me there was a problem I placed a call to Mr, [redacted] and he did not answer. He sent his e-mail to Revdex.com and I recieved a call later on in the afternoon on 6-12-17 from him returning my call. I listened to his complaints and tried to make concessions for him for his trouble, He was not interested in anything I offered him. He was offered free winterization etc, I made no excuses for his inconvience. I accept that we made a mistake and have done all we can to make a mutual agreement.He was not accepting of our concessions.Please let me know how to proceed.Toby B[redacted]Service Manager###-###-####

the concessions offered are not accurately stated. I told Greenlawn that there was nothing they could do now that I already endured the financial hardship and finally received my camper. They offered a winterization which I would have had to travel the 2 hours to get done on their time schedule not mine. A better concession would for them to have delivered my camper to me after I had traveled and it was not ready as they had reported. Now its too late maybe a discount on accessories. All I hear from this company is excuses as to why customer service is so bad.
