To whom it may concern, Mr [redacted] filed a complaint with the Revdex.com originally for a delayed responseI was given the wrong name on a message to contact himSo I did not have the proper name to make contact withWhen I had the correct info I did call Mr, [redacted] and explain thisOn this last inquiry Mr, [redacted] was contacted by me and was told his unit was ready for pick-up.He came on Friday 6-9-and I was out of town until 6-12-When My employee informed me there was a problem I placed a call to Mr, [redacted] and he did not answerHe sent his e-mail to Revdex.com and I recieved a call later on in the afternoon on 6-12-from him returning my callI listened to his complaints and tried to make concessions for him for his trouble, He was not interested in anything I offered himHe was offered free winterization etc, I made no excuses for his inconvienceI accept that we made a mistake and have done all we can to make a mutual agreement.He was not accepting of our concessions.Please let me know how to proceed.Toby B [redacted] Service Manager###-###-####
