Jon Chustled me during an insurance scam/probate hack on my investment residence of yearsHe was quick to jump in with both feet, professing to want to help me restore my home but instead lied, colluded with [redacted] and harassed me throughout a month hazmat ordeal that left my entire property at risk of rot, termites and mold after he contaminated it with toxic dust and further water damage using rookie employees and irresponsible shortcut techniques/inferior productHis misogynistic attitude and passive/aggressive behavior proved him to be not trustworthy even though he was duty-bound to be truthful with me as the one who got him the jobHe chided me with crew telling them I'd "make coffee" as if, telling me to in essence "get a job" because my business wasn't up and running due to an insurance claim being dragged out for two-and-a-half years by malicious agents, after I complained he was costing me and negatively affecting my healthHe talked about and participated in "insurance fraud" with his stepson, and any crew who divulged his covert agenda went m.i.aIf you are thinking about hiring GREENLEAF DESIGN AND BUILD, know the driveway (snow)job that he got over 4K for with funds that were to come to me per our oral contract(he submitted different ones to different parties!) left me with only white crack repairs...an eyesore and a depreciation not to mention breachHe demanded over 7000K to build a backwards partial side fence and rickety gate, not level, charging me for making them reverse the gateHe suggested he wanted to, and agreed to, paint my (maliciously destroyed) kitchen, and eaves and install a firewall door but instead gave me the Bum's Rush after pilfering a $coupon from [redacted] that he later told me he lost, and purchasing the dishwasher I'd ordered for $more than I was planning to pay for it, playing fast and loose in Eugene, OregonHis crew urinated in my organic compost because he refused to spring for a Sanipot out of the $25K phoney claims money he made up for [redacted] thugs who'd been harassing me for the duration, expecting me to share my girlie, tiny, only bathroom even though I told him at the very start I would not be sharing in that mannerHe mocked me continually in my own home, telling me I'd have to sell my house that I was about to inherit on paper immediately, the process he helped [redacted] stall for months in order to run out the statute of limitations in my litigation that he invaded along with my homeHe suggested I'd need to move near my nonexistent grandchildrenHis angle? Who knowsHis booorish plumber dropped my h2o beater and broke it and charged to repair it and flooded the subfloor, and under house then slapped product over wet wood and refused documentation and inspection complaining that he was a small company and did not deal with "yucky stuff", this after knowing THE REASON I retained his services WAS TO deal with the underneath water hazard that he instead left for me to inherit well being paid to destroy evidenceI was forced to listen to shop talk about building stepson's non-permitted bathroom as if I was not in the room, my home being sq''I was forced to have these people drag this insurance scam out torturously while I was illI was made more so by the stepson who came to work with high feverI've received no compensation for any of itInstead of using my crawl space his crew broke through my subfloorHe then wanted to lay the flooring product over warped and broken subfloor boardingI had to watch them (unpaid)every inch of the wayI had to be on the line with other contractors to guide me on how to proceed with such a menace before he completely destroyed my propertyHis crew asked me for my mature shrubs and tried to take anything off property not nailed down, JC exclaiming to his stepson , "now you know how to make money off a job", leaving each claim unfinished creating a LOSS report that affected my insurance potential, maliciouslyHe tried to get me to let him take down my fir tree...his stepson was a mill workerHe interrupted my legal momentum relating to property transfer handicapping me, obviously intentionally, and for pay while creating contrived and unnecessary estimates for work not needed, which is unlawfulHe thought I didn't know where the money came from and his crew told me they were instructed to stop asking me for money because of itI knew exactly what kind of money laundering what's going on and exactly where the money was coming from and exactly from whom and there are laws against this kind of harassmentOne of the worst referrals I've ever taken onThanks, [redacted] Green? More like deceitful business practices in my case, 'tho he thinks he can hide behind the skirts of ***He didn't even use tenting and sanded counters spewing toxic dust all over my house and my books and vinly records and legal paperwork, leaving sawdust and boards with nails upturned on top of them, entering off limits spacesHe wrecked my expensive appliances and spotless hardwood floors and irreplaceable vintage furniture and his insurance company did not make me an offer until I wrote my first negative review and made it publicAs it is it is wholly inadequateHe was paid out of My Trust Fund benefits for hiking up the deductibles as well, contriving non-existent claims(his stepson exclaiming, "yes, sure he's fine with it."), and he wanted to be paid to supervise but was hardly ever on siteIt was me who had to be hyper-vigilant to protect my interestsHe left me without appliances and went on holiday leaving my sink and water filter upsidedown in the mud and rain for weeksThis company knows how to get away with exploiting the vulnerable, disabled and femaleAfter these players left the site JC refused to honor the warranty for damages incurred by faulty product or crew mistakes (and gloated about it), and he's refused to make up for the destruction to my expensive appliances, valued belongings, immaculate wood flooring, heirloom carpets, walls, cupboards and has still, to date, not completed one claim although I got that loss report to follow me, costing me also in time and trouble and cashHis crew routinely heckled me in my own neighborhood where they secured more jobsI was forced to take my physical therapy walks elsewhere to avoid their piggish routineI regret baking them browniestwice!Avoid this company if you stand in solidarity with the rights of those victimized by con artistsHe lied on paper to the CCB who have refused to resolve this issue so far after breaking their own rules regarding the complaining process, obviously biased against complainantsCorruption exists at every levelMy more complete report on this business, including photographs, is logged for Public View w/ the ORCCB, lawsuit pending.
