I wish there was stars to give for this placeThe lady that rents out the roomShellais one of the worst people I have ever encounteredI approached her to get the owner information, and she denied giving me the information because I was going to report herI have been accused of everything daily from sticks on the sidewalk from lipstick on a cigaretteI am not sure if this will reach the owner, but someone needs to know just how awful the service is hereShe once told me that on Monday i'm allowed to ask for TP or towelsThe phone in my room didn't work, but she swore that she called meOnce I explained it again that you rented me a room where the phone was turned offthen she looked real stupid b/c she screamed at me about it, an it was over toilet paper, which she only gave me one rollI had to go buy drain o from the store because the 2nd room was so stopped up it would take a day to drain outI could go on and onjust redic that I can't even be treated like a human beingjust common courtesy to one anotherI wish I had kept my money this week b/c I would NOT be here
