Thank you for providing us with the opportunity to address this customer’s concerns. It is always unfortunate when a customer is dissatisfied with our product. The customer requested and was funded a $loan by Greenline Loans on 5/18/17. The loan terms and conditions, as
well as repayment options, were explained to the customer at the time of loan origination. During this time we also inform our customers that this is an expensive form of borrowing and encourage them to pay the loan off sooner to reduce the cost of the loan. This complaint is the first indication we had of any dissatisfaction on the part of this customer. On 6/19/the customer requested and was approved for an extension on her loan payment due date. She called three more times, on 8/1/17, 8/16/17, and 9/12/17, to request payment due date extensions and was approved all three times. Upon receiving the customer complaint, and as per the customer’s request we placed her account in our do not contact status. Regardless, as a gesture of goodwill and in an effort to resolve this customer’s concerns amicably, as a one-time courtesy we have decided to waive the remaining balance and consider this loan paid in fullIf customer has any additional questions, we urge the customer to contact us directly

Don't do these payday loans! I borrowed 350$ and pay off was 455$ If I had done payment options it would be 113$ for months! It would of been over 1000$ for a 350$ loan. Insane they get away with this! I will never be this desperate again. I had to blick them from constantly calling them to apply for another loan after it was paid off. Predatory lending comes to mind.

Review: My wife took out loans on my account and I never authorized the charges taken out. She is not on my account and I am upset that this company didn't look further into this before they processed the loan. I didn't realized what was going on until recently, but I should have been notified that this was going on.Desired Settlement: I would like to refunded for the funds that were taken from my account. Because of this I have overdrafted my account several times.

Loans has very thorough fraud prevention procedures in place. However, and

despite our best efforts, fraud can still take place.

The

Customer in question, represented on her application that the checking account used was their

personal checking account when they submitted their application. Funds

were deposited into and taken from that same account.

We

take fraudulent activity very seriously and have an Account Services

team to assist in these matters. If [redacted] would like to dispute

any transactions as fraud, we would be happy to assist and help resolve

his complaint. In order to assist with an investigation, Greenline

Loans would need a copy of the Police Report filed referring to any

fraud that may have occurred.

I've used greenline loans a few times, and the service has always been great!

Review: I took out a $300 loan in Sept 2014 and was to pay back [email protected] every two weeks. At this time I have paid back over $695.59 on this $300 loan that is double the amount of loan. I have called to dispute why they are still taking money out of my account.Desired Settlement: I desire to be done and part ways with this company immediately with a $99.37 refund

I've been with green line loans going on 1 year and I will recommend anybody that is in need. The only thing I have to admit is that at the time being I'm kind of struggling in paying the loan but they'll work with you in re paying the next pay day ($30 late fee) if there is a way I can pay monthly till business picks up that'll be nice. My advise for people that are new at taking out a loan is to read the fine print on their website.. They even make clear its an expensive way of borrowing so that means the Apr is high. After you e-sign you're in agreements of the policy. I'm sure if I ask they'll change that preference for me. I have been a loyal client and feel 100% safe with them. I am very cautious with any other loan sites. I'll be there long time loyal client :)

Review: Is it legal for a loan company to charge $894.33 for a $300 loan and finance charges?This is not right to charge $594.33 for a $300 loan. Would not have made this loan if I knew interest and finance chargewas this high.Thank You.[redacted]Desired Settlement: Would like a SIZEABLE reduction in finance charges. Dont know the going rate for this type loan.My guess or choice would be somewhere around $50 for every $100 borrowed. NO! NO! NO! Not $594.33 for $300!Thank You.[redacted]
