Review: We signed a contract with Mr. [redacted] on October 2, 2014 to grade and seed our lot. At that time we put 50% down in the amount of $3336.00. In November he graded and seeded less than 1/5 of our lot and he has not returned to our lot since. We contacted him back in April to add seed blankets to our price for the rest of the lot and paid another $1600 in good faith that he would complete our project. He cashed our most recent check but has refused to answer our emails or phone calls.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund in the amount of $4268.80 This includes $2668.80 (80% of our down payment) along with the $1600.00 for the seed blankets which were never installed.
