Greenoaks Memorial Park Cemetery #0710

Mother is requesting to have my father's remains disinterred. We cannot get a straight answer as to the price.
On July 14, my 87 year old mother and I spoke with *** about having my father's cremains disinterred and moved, as the area where he is currently located has not been kept up very well at Greenoaks. We were emailed a quote which included a price of $995.00 for the disinterment. I called on August 10th, and made a subsequent appointment with Mike on August 18, because that is the soonest he could see us, to bring her in so she could pay for this service. He asked us several questions about the burial like where exactly in the grave it was located. We do not know this as it was done after we left. *** then was explaining that it is possible that the urn may have disintegrated as it is wood, and we might not have anything left except the baggie with the ashes.The burial was approximately 3 years ago in April 2017. This was extremely distressing to say the least. The urn had been put in a "vault" that we purchased at the time of the funeral that we were told would keep it safe. *** then told us that the price would be $1875.00 for the disinterment instead of the price that had been quoted previously. We left extremely upset. Please help.
