Great service and a wonderful customer experience. I've hired them for the season.

So it seems that I'm not the only one with a review regarding GreenPal's exceptionally poor and lack of customer service. Why would you send an email asking how your service was and NOT respond when you email back it was horrendous service by a Tampa, FL lawn care company, *** Lawn Care, LLC??? So when I didn't receive a response, asked but did not receive a refund by *** Lawn Care, LLC, emailed [email protected] but still no response, I did the only thing a pissed-off customer would do...email the founders of the company, Zach H and Bryan C. I didn't receive a response even though I sent 3 emails explaining the issue and requesting a refund from GreenPal. What these "founders" don't get is when a customer not only has a crappy experience with the lawn company they hired via GreenPal and are attempting to resolve an issue by contacting GreenPal but no one responds, that becomes an even crappier experience and you get an irate customer, so it's bad all. The way. Around. If you provide customer service for providers and customers, make sure you do it right, like responding to concerns and issues rather than ignoring them. That's how you build a business. Perhaps Zach H and Bryan C are still learning how to run a business.
