Lack of / unclear communication made me incur in a series of expenses I could have avoided in their communication were sincere/clear. Specifically, CPA expenses were incurred because Mr. [redacted] informed my Realtor that was what was needed to complete the transaction. After the expenses were done. They just informed (in November) that number didn’t line up. They had all my documents since June (5 months)
