The landlord for my rent house owned by said company was extremely rude and inconsiderateIt was clear that she was trying to take advantage of my fellow tenants and IFor example, she accused of us causing damage that was pre-existing(tried to say we stained the bath-tub with hair dye-none of us have ever used hair dye)We are required to clean the floors in our house although they are old and disgusting to begin with and need to be replacedWe should have read the lease more carefully because it is clear now that she expects her tenants to pay for improvements to her house when the house was in sub-par condition prior to the lease agreement(I.eSloppy wall repairs that fall apart at the touch, broken draw-blinds, roof leaked, pipes leaked etc.)I would advise going through a different company when looking for temporary housingEspecially for college students because you are targeted specifically to be taken advantage of by this extremely rude and inconsiderate landlord
