The customer was on a monthly installment plan, where the entire yearly service was split up into monthly installmentsThe customer was signed up for the entire year of lawn maintenanceAt the time of the cancellation the customer owed a
balance for previous treatmentsI tried numerous times to explain the monthly installment and he got irate
The service is cancelled and there isn't a refund available because of previous work performed on his property

Mrs. [redacted] has been refunded through her credit card for the $380.00 for 2016 service and 2 separate $80.00 charges. We do show that she is cancelled and will not receive these services so the refunds were excepted through her credit card. We no longer have her card on...

We applied 7 applications in 2017 and there was a dispute about when we provided service. We closed the account and canceled the bill.
