On 2/13/18, a Dell 1320c printer drum kit was ordered and paid for with an American Express credit cardWhen we received the unit, it has been crushed and John Byrd shipped another unit to us on 2/Upon receipt of the 2nd unit, we couldn't get it to work correctly and wanted to return itOn 2/20, we were told to use the invoice number as the RMA to return the unitThe returned unit was received on 2/27/and signed for by GonzalezAs the refund has not shown up on our credit card statement, I have called several times and have only been able to leave messages, We have also sent e-mails which included the proof of delivery requesting the refundThe one response we have had from MrByrd stated the invoice we received for the replacement drum was a zero charge, which of course it was because it was the replacement for the original one we paid for that was crushed in shipping
