I called Greenridge Landscape in mid May 'requesting a quote and no one returned my call I called again in mid June 'for a quote and within hours I received a call from the owner of the company apologizing for what occurred in May and we made an appointment to meet in a week on a Wednesday at am (to accommodate my work schedule) I waited until 7:and the owner didn't show up for our appointment I called him and he made some excuses and promised he'd call me back that day to rescheduleHe never called that day or the next week I took it as a sign that he didn't want my businessOne of the first rules of work is that if you want to get paid you have to show up for workIn my case, the owner acted as if he's doing me a big favor to show up for workIf he couldn't even show up for work to give me a quote, what assurance do I have that he'll even complete the job? I lived on the east coast for years and I've never seen such poor customer service as I've seen here in SoCal! Providing good customer service is a profitable strategy to growing your businessI do not recommend doing business with Greenridge Landscape Inc
