The landlords immediate e-mail to me following this complaint was to go ballistic in an e-mailI have documentation that he has violated my privacy by sharing my personal information with all tenants in the building three timesEach time I did e-mail him to complain about this and ask that he make sure it does not happen againHe says my complaints are not shared by others but as I said before they are, and people are afraid of reprisals for speaking upThe absence of other reports are not proof I am alone in this complaintI am frankly surprised nobody has lodged a complaint before
He also shared with me another tenants credit score issue in getting an apartment when I was moving in, and in a online review about his business he personally attacked the reviewer with personal details when he did not like their comments
He is right about one thing, He "has no clue" how to treat tenants respectfully or professionallyBut it is a lie that he was unaware of my complaints as I have always brought them up immediatelyHere is his e-mail to me following this complaint:
"You don't like my emails? What exactly do you want me to say to you when I have a questionDear sir, madamWould you be so kind as to clarify.....blah blahYou have my emails well documented? Great! Please forward all the offending emails and I will add some professionalismOr are you mad cause we made you pay for the window you broke? WowI have no words for you

The electricians will be by next week to put in fire prevention measures, I will let you know via email as texting appears to be unreliableAs professional as I can make it."
I sent another e-mail explaining in detail my issuesHis next reply:
"You have allot of time on your handsIf you have any maintenance requests, let me knowI will send mass emails when it pertains to youI made an error on one email and you going ballisticIf you don't like my style, give notice and move outOtherwise, leave at the end of your lease."
He admits to one email, but this is the third offenseIn addition to that he is missing information and thought it appropriate to harass me with emails while at work until he got the information he needed
I have other tenants who are willing to speak on my behalf if neededYet he says there are no othersIf it requires further legal action I am willing to take itHe cannot treat his tenants with an iron fist every time they disagree or lodge a complaint for his behavior and business practices

The tenant received the notice at her place of residence as did 20 other people without incident, she gave a less than 60 day notice as required by her lease. She is not due any refund of her deposit as it is still less than the penalty of early vacating by 1200 dollars. So, she has already received...

consideration from our company. The complaint is without merit.
