After touring a "model" apartment (which was very nice and clean) I payed a security deposit to secure a 2-bedroomWhen it was time to move in, the bedroom was completely infested with roaches, among a host of other challengesAfter letting them know I couldn't live in a roach infested apartment with my newborn, they said either lose your security deposit or you can take a bedroomWith no other choice, I took the 1-bedroom, only to soon discover it too was roach infestedUpon complaining, again, I was informed it was my responsibility per the leaseThey did send out a maintenance guy with a spray, that was ineffectiveThe entire building needs to be treatedAfter finding a roach on my son, I decided I had no choice to moveNow I will owe months rent while they receive rent from another tenant, which is double dipping and illegal in Arkansas
