After days without air conditioning and not so good contractors, a friend recommended GreensI called and was greeted by a very nice lady (sorry no name) and she asked what she could doI explained our situation and she said she can transfer me to *** service manager
Walt was extremely pleasant but said it's Friday, don't know about parts but he said he would return my callI was feeling like it was going to be a very hot weekend
About and hour late *** called and said the part is in stock and he would have someone come by later in the afternoon to install itI asked the cost and he stated the same number quoted during our first call
At in the afternoon *** called and pleasantly declared that a technician was en route
About that afternoon *** showed up being very professional and pleasant and with a clean uniform and smile solved our problem*** stated that when they know someone has had a continued problem that they will do everything to help
