[redacted] Deposed 1/26/15 Returned 1/29/15. Second check 2/13/15 $405.98, my bank called their bank, check would not clear. 3/4/15 tried to cash check, cleared. Am holding both checks now 3/3/15. April 3 took $98.18 back to bank, they ran through. Sending copy of original invoice....
Told them I would return April 9th to see what trouble was, At no charge remove fan housing side cover, compressor ok, no leak but leak in condenser could pick up but not pin point leak.
I reject this response because he said he has 2 checks still of ours however, I know for a fact he does not. I have checked with my bank and that is a lie. I am over it and right now without any heat or air in my home. I did talk to the people who installed the heat pump and will get them to fix it. I just have issues with Mr. [redacted] asking personal questions of my husband like “You don’t work? Are you still sick? These kinds of questions are first of all none of his business and last I checked it is a HIPPA violation to ask a person of their medical history or anything related to it if it’s in not relevant to the situation. I only received one notice form him about any check so I find it hard to believe he has them still. Mr. [redacted] could use some customer service training.
