First of all, these tickets were purchased for ME, and the person who bought them, [redacted] , is disabledHe does not need the added stress or financial burden this issue has createdI would be more than happy to obtain a statement from him that I can speak for himIn fact, he just asked me for the name and number of the Greensboro Coliseum contact so that he can file his own complaint, but I am TRYING to keep him from being troubled by this any more than he already has beenFor the Greensboro Coliseum to dwell on this detail is ridiculous and is just an attempt to distract us from the real issue hereAfter all, they have [redacted] 's contact information and can easily refund the money to him, with or without my inputThey have already said they will tell him the exact same thing they have told me, so WHY ON EARTH WOULD I WANT TO PUT HIM THROUGH THE AGGRAVATION THAT I AM BEING PUT THROUGH?
