We had origanal installed her skirting on her trailer in calgary, she then asked us if we could deliver her trailer to vernon for $500.00,
we nicely said yes not a problemso we took it down there on augast 2nd When it was delivered to location it was put on her desired spot on a inclined hill, when the skirt was put on it was to short in the front, I agreed to remake the pieces that wereto short longer so that it reached the groundi talked to her and set up that on the week of the sept 28th I would be there to replace the pieceswe arrived at her location on october 1, she then asked me to step away from my employees and come in her trailer where she confronted me and tryed to badger me as to I was not holding up to my part but I was on site with the new skirt pieces to inatllshe then got unrully with me and I then said anything I do you will not be satisfied with, so I told her I would refund her money and take the skirt with meleaving her a cheque paid in full money backwe then packed up and leftshe has reported this issue to you guys even when her and myself had arranged a date to resolve the issueher dates as to the original install date and replys do not match when complaite was put in and from wwhen we were there to fix this issue/
