There is absolutely no excuse at all for the manner in which we where treatedUnder most circumstances I would gladly accept an apology from a reputable company AND full explanation as to why we where treated so very poorlyWhile the work, as you stated, was in fact done on 10/7/2016,a full days later, why where we subjected to such an outrageous lack of care, concern and terrible customer serviceIt was as if we had no value or worth
