Good afternoon, As we previously explained, the doctors who had the contract with *** *** Hospital, known as *** *** *** turned this acct over to tour office for collection in September of They have never been paid for their services. Thank you,Kevin B***

[redacted] Has the bill for the procedure. All bills were covered by the insurance company according to bill received by medical department. [redacted] [redacted] has Anesthesia Department and has no record of the bill from this agency. I want the company to source where the debt comes from, who, and where. I was covered by insurance during the time of billing.   It is highly reasonable for insurance to have on file who it claims I owe debt to so I can verify. This debt source can not be located by the hospital.
