We are aware of Dr***'s complaints and are disappointed we were not able to come to a reasonable agreement at the timeI understand the two complaints to be the following: The area we plowed snow into was not where they wanted the snow to be keptIt resulted in snow blocking their business' sign after several plowsA sidewalk in the rear of the building was missed and not cleared of snow Regarding complaint #1- Placement of snow: We were aware there was another parking lot adjacent to the parking lot we were hired to plow, but we could not assume it was ok to place snow thereNo site map or requests were made to place snow in the vacant lot prior to plowingThere was no mention of the empty lot being available for the placement of snow until after our final plowing had taken placeOur decision was based on feeling that area where we placed snow was the only feasible location on siteLast winter was extremeThe amount of accumulation is why the placement of snow became an issue There were no issues regarding where the snow was placed until after significant amounts of snow had fallenWe had a number of clients hire our company to relocate snow after the amount snow outgrew the space they had available for placement We offered to help Blue Mountain, at half our rate, to relocate the snow in an effort to find a middle ground, but our offer was rejectedWe do not feel the issue of where the snow was placed was a result of our negligence but a result of one of the snowiest winter on record.Regarding Complaint #- Sidewalk not cleared: Upon receiving complaint of a missed sidewalk, we visited the site multiple times and found the sidewalks in the front and leading to the front door to be cleared nicelyWe had every intention of making this right but never could find the sidewalk in questionWhile onsite we found it difficult to get a hold of a contactWe were unable to determine the sidewalk in question until February 10th when Blue Mountain provided picturesBy the time we had determined which sidewalk we were missing, Blue Mountain had cleared it themselves and asked us not to return We were paid for our December services and no request for placing the snow in the vacant parking lot or mention of the sidewalk being missed had been made at this timeThe scope for the services we provided did not change in January and FebruaryWe feel that we tried out best to extend good customer service and meet in somewhere in the middle and were disappointed we could not come to an agreement

We are aware of Dr. [redacted]'s complaints and are disappointed we were not able to come to a reasonable agreement at the time. I understand the two complaints to be the following: 1. The area we plowed snow into was not where they wanted the snow to be kept. It resulted in snow blocking their...

business' sign after several plows.2. A sidewalk in the rear of the building was missed and not cleared of snow.  Regarding complaint #1- Placement of snow: We were aware there was another parking lot adjacent to the parking lot we were hired to plow, but we could not assume it was ok to place snow there. No site map or requests were made to place snow in the vacant lot prior to plowing. There was no mention of the empty lot being available for the placement of snow until after our final plowing had taken place. Our decision was based on feeling that area where we placed snow was the only feasible location on site. Last winter was extreme. The amount of accumulation is why the placement of snow became an issue.  There were no issues regarding where the snow was placed until after significant amounts of snow had fallen. We had a number of clients hire our company to relocate snow after the amount snow outgrew the space they had available for placement.  We offered to help Blue Mountain, at half our normal rate, to relocate the snow in an effort to find a middle ground, but our offer was rejected. We do not feel the issue of where the snow was placed was a result of our negligence but a result of one of the snowiest winter on record.Regarding Complaint #2 - Sidewalk not cleared: Upon receiving complaint of a missed sidewalk,  we visited the site multiple times and found the sidewalks in the front and leading to the front door to be cleared nicely. We had every intention of making this right but never could find the sidewalk in question. While onsite we found it difficult to get a hold of a contact. We were unable to determine the sidewalk in question until February 10th when Blue Mountain provided pictures. By the time we had determined which sidewalk we were missing, Blue Mountain had cleared it themselves and asked us not to return.   We were paid for our December services and no request for placing the snow in the vacant parking lot or mention of the sidewalk being missed had been made at this time. The scope for the services we provided did not change in January and February. We feel that we tried out best to extend good customer service and meet in somewhere in the middle and were disappointed we could not come to an agreement.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I have no contract with this business and am under no obligation to pay for any services.  They are trying to bill me for services that were not provided.
Sincerely,

Review: I had hired this company to fix my yard. The staff was polite and courteous but the work was substandard. I had them redo several flower beds and lay bark. In MOST of the flower beds they did not install weed barrier under the bark. I complained to them many times about this. It was never fixed. The bark has to be removed and barrier put down and new bark installed. Also, when they mowed they would miss big patches of the lawn or not show at all on the scheduled day, The man in charge of fertilizing the yard even took pictures of the sloppy work. When the mower did come after repeated requests to keep the gate closed he left it open and let my pedigree silver haired terrier out and was lost.Again I talked to management about this and no one cared less. Now because I didnt want to pay for this mess they want to sue me. I WILL NOT pay for sloppy work. They gave me a token discount but does not even come close to a lost dog and work not done right that I will have to hire someone else to fix.Desired Settlement: I want them to admit their error and to credit my bill to a zero balance and notify the collection agency.
