Thank you!*** ***Owner and Sylist at Salon FusionTell us why here

I feel, as a business owner, that everything I have done for [redacted] has been fair. The refund I offered her was to get her extensions re-bonded and put back in for free which she rejected. I am also more than willing to give her the hair back due to the fact that the $1,894.95 she paid was for the exact cost of the hair, I did not make any money off of her purchasing the actual hair. Please see attachments from Hairdreams, Salon Mode, and Trilium Salon Thanks[redacted]Salon Fusion Owner/Stylist

Regards,
[redacted] This is my response to the message I received on November 6, 2015 from the Revdex.com claim I filed on Salon Fusion:First, I find it ironic that Salon Fusion reached out to Trillium and Salon Mode when upon my first consultation with Salon Fusion, after examining my hair and the extensions I had in at the time, they suggested that I should go back to Trillium and complain and ask for my money back because of the poor job Salon Fusion said Trillium had done putting in and cutting the hair extensions. I said I was not going to do this.  When I had my hair dyed by Salon Fusion in an appointment following the appointment when Salon Fusion told me to complain to Trillium about their poor service on my hair, [redacted] of Salon Fusion asked if I had complained to Trillium. I said I had not complained and she said I should have done so because she thought Trillium had done such a poor job on my extensions.  In fact, [redacted] herself said, after looking at my extensions, that Trillium had sold me hair that was not the 100% real hair Trillium Salon claimed it was.  Also, I could have referenced comments I found on the internet that were made by unsatisfied customers of Salon Fusion, but again this is irrelevant to the claim I had with the product and service I experienced.Secondly, the past experiences I had with either salons are  irrelevant with my claim.  My issue is with the fact that the extensions I purchased from Salon Fusion that they sourced from Hairdreams started coming out immediately after they were attached, and kept coming out daily while I was at home, work, and school.  As I shared in a detailed account earlier, when I brought this to Salon Fusion’s attention, they claim they spoke with Hairdreams and they claimed I must have been “pulling on them”, which was totally untrue.  Then they offered to rebond them which would have taken over 6 weeks which was unacceptable.  Then after my father approached [redacted] and shared a video of the extensions coming out on their own, she stated she would call Hairdreams and also credit my card.  This never occurred, instead she offered me a gift card of $150 specified for product only to make up for over $2600 that I spent for totally unsatisfactory product. I did contact Salon Mode and they told me that I was a good client and was never unruly.  They said I did not have any issues with Hairdreams extensions during the months I went to Salon Mode.  They also said they did not give [redacted] permission to use their email in [redacted]'s response to the BB.  They were upset that [redacted] had done so, and they said they never once told [redacted] that I had any issues with Hairdreams at Salon Mode.  They said this was fabrication made up by [redacted].  They did say I had lost a few extensions after having them in for about four months, and that I asked for these to be put back in around Christmas of 2014.  A month later I would need new extensions, because it had been about five months since I had the original extensions put in.  Salon Mode said the extensions would last about 6 months when I had them put in, so this was, in my opinion, a very successful experience with Salon Mode and Hairdreams.  Salon Mode did say they thought [redacted] was taking my experience with Salon Mode out of context and that they meant their message to show that I had a positive experience with their salon.  When I spoke with [redacted] of Trillium Salon, she claimed "[redacted] and Salon Fusion told [her] to write the email" from Trillium that [redacted] posted in her last response.  I told her what she wrote was untrue and that I do know how to care for my hair.  [redacted] response was primarily her opinion, with some factual dollar amounts that I had payed added in.  Opinion is not fact and should not be used in this claim.  Trillium salon does not even carry Hairdreams extensions.  They sold me Hot Heads tape in extensions, which I never had an issue with falling out.  The Hot Heads never were a problem for me.  Again, Trillium's statement is irrelevant because 1) It is mainly an individual's opinion of me 2) It involves a completely different product that Salon Fusion does not even sell and 3) I had no issues with hair extension malfunction or fall out at Trillium.  In fact, I wrote a rave review about Trillium Salon and their extensions.  It was Salon Fusion who told me Trillium Salon had poor quality hair extensions and that they had done a poor job putting in and cutting my extensions. In resolution I would sincerely appreciate the credit to my card that [redacted] had mentioned earlier, in an amount that would be fair and in consideration that she did have some costs to cover in this process.
