n May of we were contacted to re-install a year old pool that had been in use for years then improperly stored for yearsWe generally only install new pools for retailers in our area but we agreed against our better judgmentOur installers did miss screws which we immediately addressedUnfortunately we cannot warranty pool materials that are used or come from an unaffiliated retailerWe also properly installed the cove but as the customer stated the water poured out washing away the sand that forms the coveWe will install the new liner that the customer received from [redacted] Pools after the patch not holding for $This is half of general installation costWe intend on handling this matter promptly and fairly Sincerely [redacted] Greenscape pools & landscaping

I am rejecting this response because: I am not satisfied with getting only a portion of my monies back from the companyI have however, accepted the dollar amount of $I am CERTAIN the ONLY reason, Greenscape gave me the amount I received was due to
your involvement; and for that I AM extremely grateful!!!! I feel as though I have no other option at this point and honestly do not expect to gain anything furtherI appreciate your prompt response of my case, it shows the Revdex.com truly cares about the consumer's concerns/complaints.

immediately addressed. Unfortunately we cannot warranty pool materials that are used or come from an unaffiliated retailer. We also properly installed the cove but as the customer stated the water poured out washing away the sand that forms the cove. We will install the new liner that the customer received from [redacted] Pools after the patch not holding for $225.00. This is half of general installation cost. I am rejecting this response because: The pool was still in excellent shape..no damage what so ever. It is up right now as it should be.. No trouble with it at all!!!  The incorrect installation of the liner and cove is what cause the liner to burst. I gave [redacted] the option to put a new liner in at a discount. In fact I pleaded with him to give me a discount since it was his installers fault! He rejected the offer. I purchased a new liner for $370 and paid  $550 1 week ago to have it installed correctly.  Once again I want my money for the cost of a liner and the cost of having it installed.
