I am rejecting this response because: The day the trees were planted, I told the men planting the tree in the back yard that there was a big root sticking out at least four inches above the ground; I asked if hey were going to cut it off but they said no I called Rod that very day with concerns about the root growing with the tree I put some landscape borders around the tree to cover the root He informed me later, that I was going to kill the tree in three years anyway with the landscape Anyway, the roots will grow and knock the landscape borders over he said No resolution from that The tree in the front yard does not have die back, the whole main truck is dead from the top approximately three feet from he top I do not appreciate being called a "bully", nor did I appreciate the unethical conversation with Rob When I first called Rob about my discontent he was less than business professional It was THAT AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN was his his comment

Our designer returned their call (from Mrs*** on 8-3-16, day after her concernHe visited the site on 8-4-Rob found there is a branch that has die back common to MaplesWe offered to prune it by our ISA Certified Master ArboristThe tree is in good shape it
just has a limb that needs prunedWe offered to do this at no cost but she became upset and wants us to return all the money for both trees and come remove themWe told her we could not do this as the trees are in good shapeShe was satisfied when they were planted in the fall of We will still come and prune them and do a free fertilization if she would allow itHowever we will not be bullied into removing them and returning the funds
