*** *** Response: On Thursday June 2nd, 2016, Greenscapes removed an Ash Tree from Mr***’s home at *** *** *** Drive in the Glenmary subdivisionThe service warranted stump grinding of the tree located at the front right of the homeowner’s drivewayAt the time of service, nothing was reported as damaged and the landscaping team members exited the job-site, submitting the work order for billingOn Tuesday June 29th, 2016, Greenscapes received a phone call from Mr*** notifying us that we had burned two of his shrubs and requested that they be removedAt the time of service, burn on an evergreen shrub would not be noticeable until a few days after exposureWe assume that the shrubs had been exposed to exhaust or gasoline from the chainsaws that were working around the evergreens in questionThe same day of the phone call, June 29th, 2016, the declining shrubs were removed from the propertyOn Friday July 3rd Greenscapes received a letter from the Revdex.com inquiring of a desired outcome from Mr*** that his shrubs were to not only be removed, but replacedOn Tuesday July 5th, 2016, Greenscapes replaced the void in Mr***’s front landscaping bed with alike boxwoodTo match the width of the declining boxwood removed, Greenscapes’ team members installed three boxwood and top-dressed the existing landscaping bed with matching river rockWe hope in the future that Mr*** chooses to work with us for any of his landscaping needsWe apologize for the miscommunication in handling his service requestsSent on: 7/5/12:57:PM

They are lying! I spoke to employees! I SAW the operator drive over my line and stopped him immediately! This is not guilt by association! The boy did it! I stopped him! I pointed out what he did and he spoke no English! I got the supervisor that was on sight involved! He was going to try and fix it with a pocket knife and tape! These people are liable! They are lying to you and I want them to own up to their mistake and pay for the repair!

*** *** Response: On Thursday, December 3rd, 2015, Greenscapes, Incfielded a phone call from Mr*** requesting that a check be made out to his own company in the amount of $125.00, seeking payment for unreported damages and repairsTaking down Mr***’s information on December 3rd was the first that Greenscapes had been made aware of damagesTo further investigate the situation before responding to Mr***’s claim, Greenscapes’ management reached out to *** Apartment’s staff and questioned team members dedicated to servicing the property around the this timeframeMr*** owns the same company that supposedly made the repairsTo date, damages to Mr***’s property or any complex within *** Apartments have been unconfirmed by Greenscapes internally, a cable company or ***’s dedicated staffOwner and President *** *** handled a phone call from an irate Mr*** Wednesday December 16th, Mr*** informed Mr*** that he would not pay Mr***’s self-endorsed company billing without probable causeMr*** then engaged in threatening behavior, seeking an increased payment through legal action without grounds on the initial claimGreenscapes finds that no damaged was actually caused by any members of its staffIn the past, Greenscapes has been dedicated to handling repairs, caused by our firm, in a timely and professional mannerSent on: 1/8/10:20:AM

The written response is not entirely put to the truthFirst of all, like I stated before, when the Mexican employee that ran over my cable wire was stopped and made aware of his damage, he could not understand English and the supervisor on call was brought overHe barely understood English, did understand the fact that his subordinate had damaged my lineIt was this man that told me there was nothing that he nor the company could do about it.secondly, I do not own any companies! I am disabled! But that fact remains that green scales did damage my cable and did nothing about itWhen I called to report it Dec 3, I was told that someone of authority would return my call! That never happened!it took me calling back a limit weeks later and demanding to speak with the ownerIt was the owner who told me and I quote:"I'm not paying you nothing! Sue me!" It was this man who became abusive and attempted to bully me over the phone!that is when I told him he would force me to go to small claims court and if that happened it would be much more than $125!his response and I quote again"I don't care if it's $10,000! I ain't paying you st!" Where his exact words! I had him on speaker phone and my son was present to hear this man and the manner in which he spoke! I have pictures of the damages & repairs made that was forward to Greenscapes along with a letter explaining the ordeal! All was dismissed and I never received a response from them! It took me calling back and demanding justiceBut once again, the rich business owner steps on the poor man! If Revdex.com can not give me the justice I deserve, then I shall pursue the legal system!

In hope to further resolve the manner, we’ve attempted to reach out to the company that billed Greenscapes, Inc. for the repairs, I[redacted]., as their billing states, is closed for business, referencing [redacted] as its domain, Mr. [redacted]’s current address. Beyond the pictures of repairs made and letters from Mr. [redacted], our honest employees are adamant that we have zero involvement in this incident. Our staff is dedicated to maintaining our reputation as a quality service provider, repairing any damages that may happen incidentally and accidentally.”
