On several occasions I gave Greenskeeper specific instructions not to fertilize my lawn during a drought and to call me 24 hours in advance of each aplication.
This past August in the height of a heatwave with no chance of rain they fertilized anyway. They left huge tire marks which burned into my lawn and have remained into the middle of September. Upon receiving my complaint they were condescending and told me it was perfectly acceptable to fertilize durring a drought. As to the tire marks all over my lawn they stated they will eventually go away and that it all my fault as I'm not watering the lawn enough. In other words "tough luck".
