The business has not addressed items one and two in my requestThey have not told us they would discontinue service to the homeThey have not provided a letter stating no money is owed to them and that they would not seek further funds from my mother in the futureTherefore I do not accept their response as it is basically just excuses
By the way, I sent the business correspondence delivered to their address on May 26, as per USPS No contact has been received from them even after I received the return receipt from the mailing
