I provided greensmith with land surveys on property Greensmith cleared my lotx Placed silt fence on our property and neighbors Flagged the corners of the property as to stated property lines Gulf power placed power poles on the flagged silt fence lineOn neighbors propertyThis is the incorrect location Gulf power had cut the first pole to place another pole on the correct property line Water company placed water tap as per these flags Placed temp culvert - I paid for and was to be left on property Greensmith removed temp culvert and stated they use it on other jobs Greensmith cleared more them Feet yes FEET of our neighbors property, broke the number off the property line pin that the county placed in the 1950's Greensmith has given us a canceled insurance policy and refused to give a proper insurance policy I wish they would of just made right for what they did wrong on my property and my neighbors I wish I could put the pictures on here Until Greensmith makes this right at this time of writting my review I would not advise using them to clear property
We have used Greensmith for two major jobs at our home and been exceptionally happy with the resultsThey redid our entire backyard, which was a disaster when we purchased the housePaul, the owner, came out and walked us through several options for sod and landscaping and the result looks fantasticThey completely transformed our back yard from basically a sandpit to a lush, green, retreat complete with lighting on the palmsWe just finished the front yard, as well, and I am thrilled! On both yards the work was done quickly and efficiently and everything was cleaned up when they leftPaul guarantees his sod and when one spot in the back died last year after they did their job, he came back and replaced it right awayThese guys do a great job - I highly recommend them!
We cannot say enough good about this company from the initial visit for the estimate to the completion of our retaining wall with sod Very impressive, hard working, friendly, fair price and demonstrated integrity Here when they said they would be and jobsite left immaculate Paul and his employees displayed excellence in every way
First impression do matter when I hired Paul of Greensmith Land Management in April of After talking to different companies, Paul was the only one ready to go to work when he came out of his vehicle with pen and paper in handUnlike others who tell you what they want done instead of what their customers wantPaul and his crew did a fantastic job installing a pad for our new home to be built onInitial plan was to put 4-foot of dirt, but the builder cut it down to Paul's crew did an amazing job compacting the dirt to meet the builder's requirementHis crew impressed me also when I went to check their work the following day and saw them digging trenches to install silt fence even when it was raining hardI didn't expect anyone would be working in that weather conditionThe construction completion was delayed by months (Oct2016), and Paul was very understanding and didn't have a problem completing the final grading when it was needed to be done so construction wouldn't stallThey always showed up when they said they would and on time! They impressed me a lot so I didn't have a second thought of hiring them again to put sod around our new home and septic tank moundHis crew did exactly what I want, and even did me a favor cutting down an unwanted treeWill definitely recommend them, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire Paul and his crew of Greensmith Land Management in the future
Hired for land clearing and stump grindingJob wasn't done properly and yard wasn't leveled
Hired to grind stumps and clear backyardRoots were left on the surface and yard wasn't leveledI contacted the owner, *** and advised the same*** came out and attempted to use a chainsaw on rootsHe advised that they would rot once dirt or sod was placed on top of rootsI purchased pallets of sod and put them down on a portion of the backyardA few months later I had sprouts coming out from under the sod all over the backyardThe yard isn't leveled in any area's where the work was done
