Response is inappropriate (the last comment was personal and unprofessional) and inaccurateThe sprinkler head is on my property - that's why it is MY SPRINKLERThis guy trespassed in the first place, or he wouldn't have damaged itI've never dislodged it in the years it has been in ground As far as remediation, another inaccuracyIt was NOT fixed the next day, but days laterThere was zero communication from this company in advance to let me know it was going to be addressedOnce it was fixed, they had it pointing completely the wrong direction - into my neighbors yard - which I then had to correct Lastly, the owner of Green Space just showed up at my door nights ago, no prior communication whatsoeverI was out but my wife listened to him spill the same diatribe about it being on the property line, not installed correctly etc etcI'm not exactly sure the purpose of his visit but it definitely was NOT to apologize for the initial damage Green Space has a very poor (non existent) communications policy, I'm surprised they are so antagonistic when word of mouth is so importantI certainly will never use their services and would recommend anyone else reading this to RUN, don't walk away from this companyThere are plenty other local grounds maintenance companies to choose from Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 13, 2015/08/31) */ I had the sprinkler head fixed the day after I spoke to Mr [redacted] I then went to his house to make sure everything was fixed okay and his wife said it wasI'm unsure what else he would like me to do
